🥘 Ingredients
Bread
  • 2 English muffins (split)
Protein
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon
Eggs
  • 4 large eggs
Spread
  • 2 tbsp butter (for muffins)
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (smoked)
📝 Instructions
  1. Preheat Ninja on Air Fry at 370°F for 3 minutes. Shared 💡 Hot basket means better bacon texture.
  2. Place Canadian bacon slices in pan single layer. Air Fry 3 minutes until edges curl. Remove and keep warm. Top Oven 💡 Bacon cooks fast — watch closely.
  3. Lightly butter muffin halves. Place cut-side up. Toast at 350°F for 3-4 minutes until golden. Top Oven 💡 Toast while bacon rests for efficiency.
  4. Spray silicone egg cups with oil. Crack one egg into each. Air Fry at 300°F for 5-6 minutes until whites set but yolks remain runny. Top Oven 💡 Check at 5 minutes — air fryers vary widely.
  5. Assembly: muffin half, Canadian bacon, egg on top. Drizzle warm hollandaise generously. Garnish with chives and paprika. Shared 💡 Warm hollandaise gently — high heat will break the sauce.
💡 Ninja Tips

Check eggs at 5 min — slightly undercook. Warm hollandaise gently or it breaks. Silicone cups essential for poached-style eggs.
