🥘 Ingredients
Chicken
  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (skin-on)
Glaze
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
📝 Instructions
  1. Mix apricot preserves, soy sauce, Dijon, vinegar, garlic, and ginger for the glaze. Reserve half for serving. Shared 💡 Reserve clean glaze before raw chicken touches the rest.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Pat skin dry for maximum crispiness. Shared 💡 Dry skin = crispy skin. Paper towels are your friend.
  3. Preheat Ninja on Air Fry at 380°F. Place chicken skin-side down. Cook 10 minutes. Top Oven 💡 Skin-down renders fat and starts the crisping process.
  4. Flip skin-side up. Brush generously with glaze. Cook 6 more minutes, brushing with additional glaze, until internal temp reaches 175°F. Top Oven 💡 Glaze only during last 6 minutes — earlier application burns.
  5. Rest 5 minutes. Serve with reserved clean glaze for drizzling. Shared 💡 The reserved glaze adds a fresh hit of apricot flavor.
💡 Ninja Tips

Glaze burns easily — brush on during last 6 minutes only. Pat chicken dry before cooking for crispier skin. Reserve clean glaze for serving.
