  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Asian pear (grated)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  1. Partially freeze ribeye. Slice paper-thin against grain. Shared
