🥘 Ingredients
Main
  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into 1-inch cubes)
Sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • red pepper flakes (pinch, optional)
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • lemon juice (squeeze, for serving)
📝 Instructions
  1. Cut chicken breasts into uniform 1-inch cubes. Pat very dry. Shared 💡 Uniform cubes equal uniform cooking — no overcooked small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Shared 💡 If butter solidifies, microwave for 10 seconds — you want it liquid to coat evenly.
  3. Toss chicken cubes in the garlic butter mixture until every piece is well coated. Shared 💡 Use your hands or tongs — ensure thorough coverage.
  4. Preheat Ninja on Air Fry at 400°F for 3 minutes. Lower Oven 💡 High heat gives the bites a nice sear on the outside.
  5. Place chicken bites in the basket in a single layer. Air Fry at 400°F for 5 minutes. Lower Oven 💡 If pieces touch, that is okay — but a single layer is best.
  6. Shake the basket or toss bites with tongs. Air Fry at 400°F for another 4-5 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F. Lower Oven 💡 Shaking redistributes pieces so all sides get contact with the hot basket.
  7. Transfer to a bowl, toss with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve immediately. Shared 💡 These are great over rice, in wraps, on salads, or just eaten with toothpicks!
💡 Ninja Tips

Cut chicken while still slightly frozen for cleaner, easier cutting. These bites cook fast — check at 8 minutes total. Overcooking by even 1-2 minutes dries them out.

Scaling: To double: cook in two batches. To halve: use 3/4 lb chicken, halve all other ingredients.
