Garlic Butter
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Topping
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Serving
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
📝 Instructions
  1. Divide pizza dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each into a 6-inch rope, then tie into a knot, tucking ends underneath. Shared 💡 Let dough come to room temperature first — cold dough fights you.
  2. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and red pepper flakes. Shared 💡 Let garlic sit in butter 10 min for maximum flavor infusion.
  3. Preheat Ninja on Air Fry at 350°F. Brush each knot generously with garlic butter mixture. Shared 💡 Brush all sides for even golden color.
  4. Place knots in basket, not touching. Cook 6-8 minutes at 350°F until golden brown. Top Oven 💡 Space between knots allows air to crisp every surface.
