Wet
  • 0.5 cup cold butter (cubed)
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup (pure, divided)
  • 1 large egg
Mix-in
  • 0.75 cup pecans (chopped, toasted)
Glaze
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

  1. Preheat to 400u00b0F Lower Convection Bake. Line sheet. Shared
  2. Whisk flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter. Shared
  3. Whisk cream, 2 tbsp maple syrup, and egg. Stir into dry. Fold in pecans. Shared
