Glaze
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Garnish
  • 3 green onion (sliced)
📝 Instructions
  1. Mix soy, sugar, ginger, garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil. Marinate pork belly 1 hour. Shared
