Topping
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
Glaze
  • 2 tbsp apricot jam (warmed for glaze)

  1. Preheat to 400u00b0F Lower Convection Bake. Line sheet. Shared
  2. Cut pastry into 4 rectangles. Score a border inside each. Shared
  3. Fan apple slices attractively on each rectangle. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Shared
