🥘 Ingredients
Pork
  • 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
Glaze
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Cooking
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
📝 Instructions
  1. Mix balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and Dijon mustard for the glaze. Reserve half for serving. Shared 💡 Reserve clean glaze before raw pork touches it.
  2. Season chops with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Brush with olive oil on both sides. Shared 💡 Oil promotes even browning in the air fryer.
  3. Preheat Ninja on Air Fry at 390°F. Place chops in pan single layer. Cook 5 minutes. Shared 💡 High heat creates a beautiful golden crust.
  4. Flip chops. Brush generously with glaze. Cook 3 minutes. Top Oven 💡 Glaze halfway through prevents burning.
  5. Flip again. Brush with more glaze. Cook 4 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F. Top Oven 💡 145°F is the new safe temp for pork — still pink and juicy.
  6. Rest 5 minutes under foil. Serve with reserved clean glaze drizzled over top. Shared 💡 Resting brings internal temp to 150°F — perfectly safe and juicy.
💡 Ninja Tips

145°F internal with 5 min rest is perfect. Bone-in chops stay juicier than boneless. Do not overcook — modern pork is safe at 145°F.
