Cheese
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar (shredded)
Wet
  • 12 oz beer (lager or ale, room temp)
Topping
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted for topping)

  1. Preheat to 375u00b0F Lower Convection Bake. Grease pan. Shared
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and cheese in large bowl. Shared
  3. Pour in beer and stir until just combined u2014 batter will be thick. Shared
