  • 2 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
Streusel
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar (for streusel)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup pecans (chopped)

  1. Preheat to 350u00b0F Lower Convection Bake. Grease pan. Shared
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Shared
  3. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir into wet mixture. Shared
  4. Make streusel by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Shared
  5. Layer half the batter, streusel, remaining batter, then streusel on top. Shared
