  • 2 cups flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Wet
  • 4 large egg (room temp)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

  1. Preheat to 325u00b0F Lower Convection Bake. Grease and flour pan. Shared
  2. Cream butter and sugar until very light and fluffy, about 3 min. Shared
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Mix in vanilla. Shared
  4. Alternately add flour with salt and cream, beginning and ending with flour. Shared
  5. Pour into pan and smooth top. Bake 50-60 min until deeply golden and toothpick clean. Shared
