  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Tortillas
  • 8 small corn tortillas (wrapped in foil)
Mango Salsa
  • 1 cup mango (diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely diced)
  • 1 jalapeño (seeded and minced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (fresh)
Serving
  • 1/4 cup crema (or sour cream thinned with lime)

  1. Mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, cayenne. Coat fish strips. Shared 💡 Pat fish dry before seasoning for better adherence.
