  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
Topping
  • 1 8.5 oz box cornbread mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cup milk
Garnish
  • 3 green onion (sliced)

  1. Preheat to 375u00b0F Lower Convection Bake. Shared
  2. Brown beef with taco seasoning. Stir in beans, corn, and salsa. Shared
  3. Spread meat mixture in dish. Top with cheese. Shared
  4. Mix cornbread according to package with egg and milk. Spread over top. Shared
  5. Bake 25-30 min until cornbread is golden and toothpick comes out clean. Shared
  6. Top with green onions. Rest 5 min before serving. Shared
