  • 2 10 oz each sirloin steaks
Prep
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 shallot (minced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
📝 Instructions
  1. Bring steaks to room temp. Season with salt and pepper. Shared

  3. Sear steaks in hot skillet 5-7 min per side. Remove and rest. Shared
  4. In same skillet, melt butter. Cook mushrooms and shallot until golden. Add garlic. Shared
