  • 2.5 lbs pork loin roast
Glaze
  • 0.5 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
Prep
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Aromatics
  • 2 sprigs rosemary (fresh)
📝 Instructions
  1. Preheat Ninja to 375u00b0F Air Roast. Shared
  2. Simmer balsamic, honey, Dijon, and garlic until reduced by half and syrupy. Shared
  3. Rub pork with oil, salt, and pepper. Place in roasting pan with rosemary. Shared
  4. Roast 35 min. Brush with half the glaze. Roast 15-20 min more until internal temp reaches 145u00b0F. Shared
  5. Brush with remaining glaze. Tent with foil and rest 10 min. Shared
  6. Slice and serve drizzled with any remaining glaze from the pan. Shared
